HELLO MY NAME IS KISHA...I JUST WANTED TO REPLY TO NIVERA'S POST SHES OBVIOUSLY A BITTER PARENT WHO DIDNT GET HER WAY WE GET ALOT OF THOSE TYPES I'VE BEEN HERE FOR 4 YEARS NOW SO I MUST BE DOING SOMETHING RIGHT...I ALSO SEE THAT SHE POSTED HER COMMENT IN SEPTEMBER WE ARE NO LONGER LOCATED @ THAT ADDRESS. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO SAY THAT THE REASON WHY IT WAS UNCLEAN AT TIMES & THE TOYS WERE DIRTY WAS BECAUSE PARENTS LIKE HER DIDNT CONTROL THEIR CHILDREN SINCE OUR BIG MOVE WE NO LONGER ALLOW THEM TO EAT OR DRINK IN OUR LOBBY & WE ALSO DONT HAVE ANY TOYS WE DO HOWEVER HAVE 2 TV'S FOR THE CHILDREN TO SIT DOWN & WATCH...I WOULD LIKE TO SAY TO THE PARENTS WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU IN THE BEST WAY WE KNOW HOW SO YOU HAVE TO TRY TO COME IN WITH A POSTIVE PLEASE DONT BRING YOUR OUTSIDE PROBLEMS & ATTITUDES TO US WE'RE ONLY HERE TO OUR JOB NOT TO BE TALKED OR TREATED IN ANY KIND OF WAY...FYI PARENTS DO NOT REVIEW CHARTS SO THAT WAS A ""LIE"" & DR.Y IS THE BEST DONT LET ONE BITTER PARENT TURN YOU AWAY.... Pros: were open from 8am-8pm on mondays 8am-5pm & 8am-12pm on saturdays we also take emergency walkins Cons: theres only one dr sometimes it gets really busy more

This is my first review, and I feel compelled to let people know about this office. It is dirty, there are broken and filthy toys in the waiting room, the staff is rude and unhelpful, not to mention unprofessional (especially Kisha), the doctor is ok in person, but she rarely returns calls, and after reviewing my child's medical records, I found errors on nearly every page. If you can go somewhere else, do so! more
