It took way too long to get an oil change, Poor communication with me in waiting room as to what was going on.

Easy to schedule repairs/maintenance. Friendly front office staff. Courteous transportation drivers. Excellent work. I don't ever get the "you're a woman, you won't understand" feeling, never rude or disrespectful. Professional and service with integrity. They even pointed out an issue I felt was just a "cosmetic" problem after owning my car for two years, and they pointed out that it was covered by my warranty. That was great service in my book. more

Absolute Great Service 9/10/2014

Took my car I'm for routine service. Upon pickup I was told that my battery had failed and been replaced with a new one at no charge. I didn't even know it was bad. more

Friendliness & appreciation 9/3/2014

Everybody at Chico Nissan is very friendly & personable; this includes the service department too. The selling environment is very casual, no high pressure sales. John Holley is exceptional at what he does and is always a pleasure to work with; this is why we've chosen to buy our last 3 cars from him. I always recommend John to anyone that's looking for a new car because of his professional attitude and attention to detail. more

Frustrated but hopeful 7/31/2014

I like the people at Chico Hyundai. They are friendly and they try. My problem is with the workmanship. I have taken my car in for numerous issues with the fit and finish of the Hyundai Sonata. Too many to list. The dealership has been very responsive and has tried to address each one. I am super picky when it comes to my car. The main problem occurs is when I bring the car in to have a warranty issue taken care of the person working on it damages something else in the process. This doesn't occur every time but often enough to annoy me. Again, my problem is not with the front office people it's with the fit and finish of the car and the people who sometimes work on my vehicle. Regards. more

Once again, Mike Foy quickly diagnosed my Hyundai's problem (only two problems in 107,000 miles and Mike took care of the other one too). He then repaired same and got me back on the road in a very timely manner. more
