Wish Micheal was there to help he's the best but still had a great visit

It took way too long to get an oil change, Poor communication with me in waiting room as to what was going on.

The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is one item that was brought to their attention was not addressed. Although notes were put in the system for the future if problem persists after reassessing. Also, our appointment was for 7am, but apparently new open hours are 7:30am, so no one was there to check us in. Other than that the service and communication was excellent! more

Could be much better 6/2/2015

When we purchased the car we set up our first scheduled maintenance 3 months out. Brought the car in 3 months later and they didn't have the oil filter in stock. This time, we were emailed to bring the car in for a specific service on a specific date and time. Again, they didn't have a part on hand. I think we are being generous giving 3 stars. Very frustrating and unprofessional. more

Taking my car to Chico Hyundai is always a great experience. The waiting room is comfortable, good TV, nice cookies. But most of all, to be greeted, by name when I walked in the door was awesome. Everyone there is courteous, friendly and a pleasure to do business with. I love my visits to Chico Hyundai. Thank you so much. more

I highly recommend this dealer. Rarely have we taken a car to a dealer; for service, but in this case I totally trust them! Great people work there, locally owner and operator makes for a good experience every time more
