Easy to schedule repairs/maintenance. Friendly front office staff. Courteous transportation drivers. Excellent work. I don't ever get the "you're a woman, you won't understand" feeling, never rude or disrespectful. Professional and service with integrity. They even pointed out an issue I felt was just a "cosmetic" problem after owning my car for two years, and they pointed out that it was covered by my warranty. That was great service in my book.
