I am rating this restaurant with a zero, because of their very poor customer service. This establishment, and the owner, David Oakes', allows it's employees to publically humilate and laugh at their customers. David Oake's even supports these employees and calls his customer's liars when up against his employees and his shift manager son. Our debit card was denied at this facility due to double using our card at another establishment and this alerting the card as a possibility of fraudulent activity. We are the owners of this card, but we have a protection on our card. This is not to allow some restaurant's who claim to care about their customers a free ride to humilate them in front of other customers and to humilate customers period. If I were you, I would never walk inside a restaurant owned by David Oakes' again, including but not limited to Chick-fil-A. Best Wishes! Cons: VERY POOR SERVICE AND OWNERSHIP more
