Good experience - Great salesperson 6/12/2017

Buying a vehicle is never a stress free experience but Joseph (Sarge) Coghill made it as painless as possible. I have purchased a lot of cars and have to say "Sarge" made this experience much better than the other times I had gone through this process. He is a straight shooter and tells it like it is, give honest advice and opinions, and is extremely helpful in all aspects of the process. more

I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Isaac Meeks. Great experience from top to bottom with the dealership. Isaac took the time to walk me through the entire process with the vehicle I purchased and when working with Harnish. Isaac is new to this sales area and believe he will prove to be a huge asset to harnish and more importantly a great sales person. more

The Best Car Dealer Around 4/24/2017

If you're in the market for a new or used car, drive to Puyallup, have lunch at the Loose Wheel then go directly across the street to Chevy Buick GMC of Puyallup, ask for Steve Backman and the rest is a breeze. Steve is fair, honest, friendly, no pressure and knowledgeable. I haven't purchased a car in 10 years. I don't know what I was waiting for - so simple with Steve. more

On April 9th 2017 We went to Puyallup Chevrolet just to look not expecting much we met a very nice man named Jim Trigg instantly felt comfortable we were looking to buy something to replace a vehicle we loved but was no longer an option for us, long story! We had been to 2 dealerships that morning and had some frustrations but Jim helped us feel at ease we found our car and Jim and Chuck and Mike made it happen for us and Mike was so awesome he work so hard to get us the best deal! We have bought two vehicles from Jim in 2 years, Chevy Spark and a Buick Encore, both times the buying expreince was good. He checks on his customers and makes sure things are going well and he is just a text or email away if you need anything. Prior to our last purchase of the Buick we made the mistake of going to Clyde Revord and Northwest Chevy of Bellingham. After telling the salesman he had a sale and all he had to do was not screw it up by playing games with upsell and crap they proceeded ro screw it up. So I texted Jim on a Sunday to see if he was in and he had me come in to see the vehicle I wanted to buy. We negotiated the price and we went home with the vehicle. Definitely buying my next vehicle from him again when he time comes. more

Awesome weekend experience 3/13/2017

We just want to say the folks who helped us in the purchase of our 2017 Terrain Denali were awesome. We did not plan on buying. Just wanted to see what was out there. Jesse was very pleasant and took the time to walk through the different cars we were interested in. We really like that he called several days later to see how we liked our new car. Best car buying experience! 3/10/2017

Sarge provided the best customer service experience I had ever had. Not only did he listen to my needs to sell me nothing but my dream car, but he stayed two hours late to make sure I drove home with it that night. He was so good that my dad, who wasn't even in the market for a car, also bought a car from him. And it didn't end there! He made sure we were taken care of days after he made the sale. That's true commitment. I'll be definitely recommending this dealership to anyone who needs a vehicle. more

Awesome Experience 2/24/2017

I stopped in on a whim and met Joseph Coghill, "Sarge" and walked out with a new Envision. I did not have any intention of purchasing but after talking to Sarge and learning about the Encore and Envision I decided to purchase. Sarge was very knowledgeable and most of all honest. Took my needs and wants and presented me with choices which greatly assisted me in making the decision to purchase the Envision. I am so glad I stopped in and got to meet Sarge and the others at the dealership. Highly recommend Sarge and this dealership. more

My Wife and I just purchased a 2016 GMC 2500HD Denali from Harnish GMC in Puyallup. The gentleman that made our experience great was Joseph "Sarge" Coghill. Sarge was very patient with us as he explained all the many features of the truck, but also answered all our questions in a no pressure way. Sarge is by far the best car salesman I've ever known 2/4/2017

sarge was literally a miracle worker for us. We told him what we wanted and price we wanted and knew there was no way we'd get everything on our list for the price . He worked a week nonstop for us and not only did he get us the price - but the exact dream car I wanted and never imagined I'd get !! I have never been happier!! Recommend him to ANYONE looking for a car! more
