We have bought two vehicles from Jim in 2 years, Chevy Spark and a Buick Encore, both times the buying expreince was good. He checks on his customers and makes sure things are going well and he is just a text or email away if you need anything. Prior to our last purchase of the Buick we made the mistake of going to Clyde Revord and Northwest Chevy of Bellingham. After telling the salesman he had a sale and all he had to do was not screw it up by playing games with upsell and crap they proceeded ro screw it up. So I texted Jim on a Sunday to see if he was in and he had me come in to see the vehicle I wanted to buy. We negotiated the price and we went home with the vehicle. Definitely buying my next vehicle from him again when he time comes.
