A completely perfect expierence! 1/26/2011

Chelsea Floral Design is by far the best florist I have delt with in my life. I have been purchasing flowers for dates & loved ones since I was 13 (I am now 28) & I have never been as satisfied as I was a few nights ago. I arranged for flowers to be delivered to The Sun Dial for my dates birthday. The only thing I saw more beautiful than the roses was the smile on her face when she saw them. She is still telling her friends about her reaction when the hostess seated us & there they were in the center of the table. The customer service was amazing I was contacted the next day to make sure my order was to my liking. I have used the national name brand florist in the past but never again. Thank you again Mr. Clarke for a wonderful finishing touch to a perfect evening. Sincerely, Justin G more

Stellar Service and Creative Arrangements 1/26/2011

Chelsea Floral Design swept me off my feet. I called from out of state, needing flowers delivered to a relative. The kind gentleman on the phone took my order. The flowers were delivered the next day just before my relative returned from a tiring trip. So when she walked in the door, there they were (perfect timing). She called describing the arrangement as gorgeous, stunning. Thanks for a great job and for making me look so clever! more

Chelsea Floral Design is the best florist in Atlanta! They have amazing service, know just what you're looking for and are so great to work with. They create beautiful arrangements that we have had at our many events, client events and sent to clients as gifts, and more times than not, our clients are so impressed, that they begin to use them as well. I highly recommend Chelsea Floral Design, and I look forward to working with them on many future projects. more

Awesome Florist! We used them for our wedding and they did a great job! We went to other florists and they were total snobs!! Chelsea's floral desgins are down to earth people. I meet the owners and they were so sweet. Love them:) I would use them again and again more

Outstanding Customer Service/Beautiful Flowers 1/25/2011

We have been using Chelsea Floral Designs for two years now. Not only has my husband changed his flower vendor (at work) over to Chelsea Floral Designs, but I only go to them for personal use as well. The floral arrangements they put together are probably the most beautiful and unique I have ever seen. I have been able to let them know the situation I need flowers for, my budget, and leave them to do the rest - which is always incredible. In addition, the level of customer service always surpasses my expectations. If you are looking for a florist - whether it's for business or for personal reasons, I cannot recommend Chelsea Floral Designs enough. more

I run a busy law office and when it comes to entertaining i can not think of a better partner than Chelsea Floral Designs. They make my special events truly feel special.All guest are continually blown away with the floral designs because of the unusual and uniqueness of each arrangement. Now that i have a on going relationships with Chelsea the meetings and preplanning are at a minimum.They have the ability to retain my taste in some ""mysterious memory bank"" and unroll it for each event If you are having a event big or small I always call Chelsea even where the event place is trying to muscle me into using the routine vendor.My clients are special to me and Chelsea helps me remind each client how special they really are!! Great long distance customer service 12/15/2010

I live in Northern California and needed to send flowers to console a family member. I tried calling several florists in Atlanta but because I was 3 hours earlier than Atlanta I only got answering machines. When I called Chelsea Florists I let the phone ring a few times then hung up. David called me back immediately and was able to take care of my needs beautifully. The next morning the flowers were delivered with David giving me a call to confirm delivery. In addition, he provided me with an email invoice so I did not have to wait to see the posting on my credit card bill. The attention to detail was terrific and I will definitely use his services again. more

I honestly was extremely impressed with Chelsea Floral Design. Starting with the initial consultation to the delivery of flowers at the St. Regis on my wedding day, I knew I was in good hands. As a bride, you can trust David with your ideas knowing that the execution will be perfect. There is absolutely nothing I would change about my wedding flowers. I hired David for my rehearsal dinner, wedding party flowers and reception decor. You will not be disappointed. I was VERY impressed and got so many compliments! If I could do it all over again, I would definitely pick Chelsea Floral! They truly are the best on the market and great value for your buck. more

Simply Perfect!!! 11/16/2010

I ordered flowers and balloons from Chelsea to be delivered at a restaurant table in the Sun Dial where I'm going to propose. I told them what I had in mind and they made all the arrangements with the restaurant manager. They were so accommodating and helpful. They even picked up table confetti from another store to decorate the table. It was perfect! The best quality of flowers and they didn't overdo the balloons! If you need flowers, balloons, etc. for a special event, don't take any chances, go with Chelsea Florals!!! more

Beautiful Arrangement 6/24/2010

I forgot to write a review on Mother's Day so I decided to login to give my thoughts. I went to Chelsea Floral Designs to get an arrangement for my mother. She was so happy to receive such a beautiful floral arrangement and the best thing is the roses actually lasted longer than the normal 7 days. They delivered the flowers within the specified time frame and even called me to let me know they were there! \r The flowers were absolutely amazing! Amazing Wedding Flowers 6/2/2010

I originally chose to meet with Chelsea Florists after I narrowed down my ""top 3"" florists in Atlanta based on the samples on their website and the customer reviews left on other websites. I had an idea of what I wanted, but nothing concrete. I brought some pictures of arrangement shapes I liked, explained the colors I wanted, and let them know orchids are my favorite. When you're planning your wedding you don't really know how your ideas will turn out, but my flowers were absolutely perfect. I had so many people rave about how gorgeous they were. Plus, it's not like I had a giant budget for them or anything. A few of my guests wanted to know who the florist was so they could use them too. David totally worked within my budget and Kevin was able to take my ideas and make them better than I ever imagined. They were so easy to work with and the flowers were fresh and vibrant. I highly recommend them for value, creativity, quality and great service! Pros: Gorgeous arrangements, good value, easy to work with them more

The Best 5/28/2010

Beautiful, elegant, full, unique, what I asked for and more---that's what I got from Chelsea Floral Designs. They did all the floral design for my daughter's April 2010 wedding and reception. We are still getting compliments on the fabulous flowers! \r \r David and Kevin are great to work with. They listen carefully, add their wonderful creative ideas, respect your budget, and deliver as promised, all within a pleasant and professional working environment.\r \r If I had another wedding to plan, I wouldn't shop around. Great floral work ! 5/19/2010

We used Chelsea Floral Designs for a sixty person wedding rehersal dinner at Bone's Restaurant. The job required a very large centerpiece, and separate arrangements for about 12 large tables. The results were fabulous ! They were very easy to work with, and their work made the room sparkle. A great job--thanks ! Pros: Very professional, very nice, very reasonable prices . Cons: none more

Voted Best Customer Service AND Floral Arrangement! 5/18/2010

Where to begin? With David's splendid service, of course! The McKendrick Steak House referred me, when I called all the way from Idaho! On very short notice, Chelsea's not only made up an astonishingly beautiful arrangement, they managed to deliver it to the restaurant before the reservation time. What a nice surprise to deal with a company that truly recognizes the value of craftsmanship and service! Thank you David & crew! Pros: Amazing job and unbelievable follow-up above and beyond! Beautiful Flowers with a Personal Touch 5/12/2010

Fate brought me to Chelsea Floral Designs the night before Mother's Day after a random internet search led me to a beautiful and friendly website with wonderful reviews. I left a message at 8pm never expecting a call back. The owner called me an hour later, and the next day my mom had amazing flowers. Now my mother is a perfectionist when it comes to flowers - tends her English garden and the like. Typically a picture speaks a thousand words. In this case, her reaction to the flowers, spoke a thousand pictures. YAY Chelsea Floral Designs! No brainer I would recommend them to anyone. And in a pinch, they could not be more there for you. AWSOME!!!! 5/10/2010

Chelsea Floral was there for me on short notice and had an awsome floral display ready for me at my engaement dinner at Kyma. I gave them an idea of what I wanted and a price and they did an outstanding job in getting the job done. My fiancee LOVED the flowers as well as both of our families. She loved the arragement so much she wants to look at using Chelsea Floral for the wedding. I have also used them again since with the same results.
