I ordered flowers and balloons from Chelsea to be delivered at a restaurant table in the Sun Dial where I'm going to propose. I told them what I had in mind and they made all the arrangements with the restaurant manager. They were so accommodating and helpful. They even picked up table confetti from another store to decorate the table. It was perfect! The best quality of flowers and they didn't overdo the balloons! If you need flowers, balloons, etc. for a special event, don't take any chances, go with Chelsea Florals!!!
