Chelsea Floral Design swept me off my feet. I called from out of state, needing flowers delivered to a relative. The kind gentleman on the phone took my order. The flowers were delivered the next day just before my relative returned from a tiring trip. So when she walked in the door, there they were (perfect timing). She called describing the arrangement as gorgeous, stunning. Thanks for a great job and for making me look so clever!
