First let me say that I loved my physician, Dr. Pearson. She was extrememly kind and caring over the two years that I saw her for various issues, including surgery, as a non-pregant patient. Some physician only care about pregnancy as if it is the only major issue that demands attention. I never once felt this way with her and I highly recommender her.\r The staff at Glen Meade Women's Center, particularly the administrative staff, is the most incompentent staff I have ever encountered. For one thing, there is way too many of them behind the front desk, not doing anything except for talking about personal business. I cannot tell you what their jobs descriptions are or how many people you need to take payments and check in patients. Their attitudes lack professionalism and because this is a private practice there is no HR so they have no fear of getting in trouble for anything. I have had the most terrible issues with the billing department, including being forced to pay a bill that way more

I have only been to Glen Meade for my first 2 prenatal appointments because I was moving out of state soon after finding out that I was pregnant. I have to say that I was very astonished by how rude all the individuals were in the main office. The receptionist, the nurse consultant, and the individual handling insurance made me feel very uneasy and uncomfortable. The staff seemed burdened and put off by the fact that I was only going to the office for my initial checkup. The doctor I met was Dr. Robinson, he was very nice and personable unlike his staff. The staff in the adjacent building across the street from the main office was much more friendly. However, if I were to stay in that area I would have not remained with that obgyn due to the staff.
