Great Painter/Pressure Washer 3/2/2013

Charles Coble painting has been my primary painter for over 15 years. The reasons why, dependable, honest, quality work at reasonable prices. \r They really care about the job they are doing. I had some unexpected issues with some wood. Most painters would just paint over it and move on. They pointed the issues out to me, gave me an opportunity to decide based on their additional pricing, if I wanted them to handle it or provide my own repairman. Their pricing again was fair and allowed them to do the work. The point is I did not have surprises when the bill came. They use top quality products or if I wanted I could have supplied my own. When the jobs are completed they clean up as if they had never been their yet leaving a beautiful paint job behind.\r The pressure washing of my decks and sidewalks are AMAZING! They look brand new! Great Service! They did a great job repainting my house. They took the time to inform me anytime they found rotting wood. Last guy who painted my house just painted over it and didn't say anything. They completed the job on schedule and as quoted. I would highly recommend using this company the next time you need painting done. more

Proposal VS. Actual work nightmare 8/6/2011

When Mr. Coble came to the house to give me a proposal on deck painting, he said that the price would be $40/hr or the proposal amount whichever was the lesser of the two. My sun porch where I sit and read is next to the deck so I observed how many men and noted how long they stayed. My observation and the hours spent on the job resulted in several hundred dollars in over payment. more

Excellent Service 3/11/2010

The Coble group is quite easy to work with. They were at my home to give me an estimate the same day that I called. They painted the entire place (cabinets, closets, ceiling, etc). They worked evenings and on weekends to get the job complete. After completing the job, the granite guys busted a section of the cabinet and tore the wall. Nick was out there that evening repairing damages. I was quite pleased with the service and the quality. Pros: Cost effective, reliant, dependable Cons: none more

Charles Coble Painting does not stand behind their work 6/26/2009

I am very dissatisfied with Charles Coble Painting. He painted my metal roof about 4 yrs ago. Within 2 years the roof was rusting everywhere. I called him and he refused to come out and look at the job. I have had 2 other professionals look at the roof and they said the roof was prepped incorrectly. Charles did not even do the work. He let his son do the work. The roof has some rust spots on it and he was supposed to prep it to stop the rust. Apparently he did not prep it correctly and now I have to have the entire job done again. I paid over 1500.00. You should not have to paint a metal roof but every 10 years. The rust is so bad now, I could have leaks in the roof if it is not taken care of immediately. I also had other problems with Charles and his son. more

Charles Coble Painting just completed repair and painting of the exterior of my home. They also did one room of the interior. In addition, they power washed the house (before painting) and deck, as well as sealing the deck. They were thorough and very professional.
