CertaPro Painters were really good! They did an excellent job, as far as getting the job done quickly and making corrections on anything that had to be done. There are some things that I need to be done, just minor things. They were nice and courteous in my home. Throughout the process, they cleaned up consistently. It was my first time using them, I'd definitely recommend them. They did a great job! I think they did an excellent, they did a great job for us! more

Lisa was the young lady who helped us with our paint project. They repainted the front of my house. The consultation was and nice and they were able to get out to me next day. Highly recommend and will use them again! more

We had CertaPro Painters paint the large room in my mother's house. They scheduled very quickly, the painters were friendly and the paint job itself was good, but there were a couple of cracks that they were supposed to repair which they didn't do a very good job with. I'm going to have to have someone else come in and try to redo it. Their pricing was a little over the top, I didn't really understand how they came to the price they gave my mom; they gave us the quote beforehand and it was over a thousand dollars to paint the great room, I don't know if they estimate that by square foot or what they do. But my mom paid for it, she's the kind of person who doesn't question because she just wants the job done, so we didn't really get a good understanding about that. Apart from those two things the paint looks good. more

I was very pleased with CertaPro Painters! I just thought they did a beautiful job. Everything just looked really, really, really looked good. There were a couple of things Lee came back to touch up, and he did, and he did it very well. Two guys overlooked painting a heating register, and Lee came back to fix that. The guys had also painted the wooden crossbars in the windows that pull out. Then they set them on the windowsill so they made some spots on the windowsill, and Lee fixed that too. So I was very pleased. This wasn't my first time using their services, they painted my house about five years ago, and that was beautiful. I would highly recommend them, Lee is very easy to work with, and he is certainly good at all the details. He will come to look at everything and talk to to you first before giving you an estimate. And when the contract is signed, he comes back and looks over everything before the men come out and do the job! I would say that they're a reliable service. more

I had CertaPro Painters paint the whole outside of my house. The job took a week to finish, they were pretty neat. The pricing was competitive with others. I'm happy with the job so far, and I've recommended them to other people. more

The crew from CertaPro Painters was friendly, nice and cleaned up after themselves. It was awhile ago they did the work, but I thought they did a nice job. They painted the stairs, a bathroom, a hallway, and a lot of trimwork around the doors, windows, and also decorative trim. Their work has held up and still looks pretty good. more

CertaPro Painters of Louisville paint job was excellent was done in a timely manner. We had a 10 day deadline to get out of our old house and into the new one. The trick was that we needed the entire inside painted before move in. I called up CertaPro and the guy gave me a quote saying he'd be able to complete the job within 3 days. We needed to move in quickly and they got us in there. The workers were great: cleaned up their mess and did a great job of getting in and out. There were a couple places on the rug that got stained, but they had no problems cleaning it. I have to say I didn't like the brashness of the guy that came out. I think he was just trying to do his job as an advisor, but I already knew what I wanted. So it came across as him trying to tell me what I wanted when I already knew. But outside of that experience he was a really nice guy. In retrospect, if i had a month to move in, I probably would've used another service. CertaPro ended up being about 25% higher. My sister referred me to them because she'd used them in the past for her business and they were able to complete the job in a short time frame. It's just that their prices are so steep. For the outside of my house, the guy quoted me $8500 while for the same exact job a local painter only wanted to charge me $5500. The kicker was that he'd take double the time to do the job. I probably wouldn't use them again just based off the prices they charge (service was great). I'd recommend them to friends while also warning them to get their pocketbooks ready! more

I can't recall how I found out about CertaPro Painters of Louisville. I had the exterior of my house painted and the results are good. The painters were on time and professional. Although I thought we had a clear understanding about how the painting process was going to turn out. At the end of the project there was a misunderstanding on the final cost of the project. Nevertheless, we were able to get the price situation solved. Moreover, they have been one of the best contractors that I have interacted with in a long while. more

Of course I would recommend them I already have! The lady who did the estimate was wonderful and so on top of things. The price was really reasonable as well. They were in and out in a coupe of days, plus they moved everything and put it back in the right place. I'm very happy with the service. more

I hired CertaPro Painters of Louisville for 2 jobs. The 1st phase was done on an event venue that I own: 6k sq ft that they were able to complete in 4 days. The 2nd phase of the project was the ceiling, 26ft high, wall to wall and it turned out beautifully. My favorite part was how responsive they were. They were very quick with the service and wanted to make it right. As a professional event designer I had a lot of input on colors and paint finishes, the owner was more than happy to oblige. At one point, he even came up with some suggestions that made the stage stand out even more! I've already recommended their service to my colleagues and would definitely use them again for future jobs. more

The work that the guys from CertaPro Painters of Louisville did was really impressive and the results have definitely lasted. I had these guys come out a couple of months ago to paint my house because I wanted to change the color and they did an incredible job. These guys made the process just so smooth and easy it was really awesome. I have found that in the past most paint jobs tend to fade ever so slightly after a couple of months but this one has held strong and still looks amazing. CertaPro Painters essentially painted the whole exterior of the house and it looks so fresh and so pretty, and I'm really, really pleased. I would recommend them because we have had a terrific experience. We found them online and the reviews were really good, but I was really knocked out by Lee's professionalism. When he came out to do the estimate he really sat down and took the time to go through with me what my needs and challenges were, and he was even able to recommend to us someone who was able to do restorative work. We had problems with dry rot and the breakdown of siding, so I was concerned that it all had to be torn out before painting. I was afraid we would have to spend a fortune. Lee said no because he had a person who could come and fix it. We got a couple quotes and Lee saved us a great deal of money. He really took the time to listen and also gave me some advice on a couple projects inside of the house. I thought CertaPro's price was very reasonable, and I plan on calling them again in the next few weeks because I know Lee will do a good job. more
