I consulted with Dr. Cass to have veneers placed. After discussing my particular goals and challenges he assured me he could do a wonderful job. A year later I am still trying to remedy this nightmare in my mouth and am still not finished.
Dr. Cass never discussed the option of or used temporaries, he used a lab he was unfamilar with, and the product he placed in my mouth, (seventeen total) were the wrong size, fit, and shape. During the course of seating the veneers he cracked and chipped several of them and attempted to 'fix' them with composite material (which has turned yellow). Most of the upper veneers were placed too far into the gumline and after developing bleeding, swelling, and injury to the gums had to come out and get replaced. What was supposed to be a fifteen thousand dollar job has now cost me over $33,000. and I am still having problems. I wouldn't send my dogs to Dr. Cass.
