Casey Automotive has been servicing all of our family's cars for the past two years. They do good work and offer reasonable prices. They are also willing to work with you on pricing. The staff is great. They know what they're doing, and they communicate to customers well. I've met some of the mechanics in passing. They are knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. I've only had to take my cars back after a servicing on a couple of occasions for minor reasons, like tire adjustments. Overall, I have been satisfied. The only thing I don't like at Casey Automotive is the inability to schedule appointments. It's always first come, first serve, so if you want your car serviced at 8 in the morning, you have to try your luck and get there early enough. We will continue to use Casey Automotive though because it's a good place to take your car, and they're always able to resolve any issues.
