I've been going to Casey Automotive for a long time, 15 years. They've worked on a number of our Hondas. I feel really good about my three teenage kids having the cars. The mechanics do a good job, and I'll continue to use their service. more

Single ladies trust these guys. 7/29/2014

I recently lost my husband less then a year ago and he handled all car repairs.I really got nervous when my car needed repair being as I know nothing about automotives.My neighbor highly recommended Casey's stating they are the best in our area and are priced reasonably.Boy was he right!Not only are they professional but took the time to explain what was wrong with my car that I could understand.My car was ready the next morning so when they called I asked if they could check the air in my tires and he stated they already have.They checked other things that I never thought of without me even asking.I can't thank them enough for their professional,thoughtful and awesome service.Single ladies these are our guys! more

The best car experience you can have! 5/13/2014

I have been doing business with Casey Automotive since they first opened in the Arlington Heights area. It is the most honest car repair place I have ever worked or dealt with! What they quote is what they do. If it takes them less time, they take labor time off. If it takes longer, they don't pad the bill. They hold to their quote! I like that they do look forward with your car. If they see something that might be a problem in the future, they make note of it, and they tell you. They're not trying to sell you on anything. They are just letting you know what you should be prepared for in the future. more

Definitely recommended 4/30/2014

Casey Automotive always does a terrific job repairing my car. Steve and his team are professional, personable, and experienced. I've been using them for several years and have never had a problem with any of their repairs. The last time that I brought my car in, they fixed my leaky coolant and I was impressed with how quickly and efficiently they got my car back to me. They always get my vehicle back running like new and they're very reasonably priced. more

Top notch service at a very reasonable rate 4/14/2014

I have recommended Casey Automotive to several friends already. The staff at the front desk are extremely professional, friendly, and personable. They make me feel very welcome whenever I come in. The mechanics are also very warm and honest. I never feel like they try to sell me unnecessary services. The level of trust that I feel with Casey Automotive keeps me coming back to their shop. I've been going to their shop for the past five years and they have really kept my vehicles in good, working order. They always have loaner cars for me to use when mine is in the shop. I've used them to replace my brake lights to performing oil changes. I'm very satisfied with the service and am definitely planning to continue using them. more

Reliable service 4/14/2014

Casey Automotive is terrific. They're pleasant to work with and are very informative about their repairs so that you're aware of exactly what they're doing. Steve is very experienced and understanding. They've always been very efficient and do what they say. I've been using them for six years and wouldn't go anywhere else because the service has proven to be very trustworthy. I'm happy about the prices and would definitely recommend them. more

Great service with promising results 4/8/2014

Overall in my dealings with Casey Automotive, they have left me with a positive experience and I am satisfied with the work they have done for us. We have a long-term relationship with them stemming from previous cars that we have owned and feel a sense of loyalty to the shop. They always give us great service, very thorough and detailed in their explanations regarding mechanical issues, and they even went out of their way to take care of me when they had my car in the shop and I needed a car. They gave me a free loaner car so I could get home from the shop and pick up my kids from school. Overall, we trust everything they have to say and feel like the prices they charge are fair. I will continue to use them going forward and would recommend them to anybody else in need of a dependable mechanic in the local area. Casey Automotive gets the job done! Melissa R. more

Excellent Service at a Reasonable Price 4/4/2014

I love Caseys in Arlington Heights. Paul always makes sure my 1996 Mercedes-Benz is properly fixed at a very reasonable price. They're honest and don't add things that are not necessary to keeping the car running well. I'm so happy I found Caseys to work on my old Mercedes! more

My experience in working with Casey Automotive has been pleasant overall and I am satisfied with the service I received and the job that was done. They were prompt and courteous in their demeanor and answered all my questions on site. They were thorough in their work and in explaining what they did, and I felt as if they were easy to talk to and very personable. Fantastic service 3/31/2014

Casey Automotive is great. I honestly only use them for car repair and I've been very satisfied with their service. They're always able to diagnose problems and fix them immediately. They're very honest and never try to sell me unnecessary services. I find them very reliable. They've done many things for my car like replacing my tires, brakes, and transmissions. I can't recommend them highly enough. I'm happy to know that I can just leave my car with them and have it repaired well in the time I expect. more

Convenient and reasonable prices 3/21/2014

My husband always gets his oil changed at Casey Automotive and is happy with the prompt service. He bought his new tires there but isn't very happy with them. It wasn't really Casey's fault, though, because the roads were icy this year. more

I've been using Casey Automotive for about seven years. I usually go there for my oil changes. If there are any problems with the car, they will make suggestions. I may or may not take them, and they are not pushy. I can shop around too. They work efficiently. If you show up first, they'll do the work immediately. more

Honest and amazing mechanics to deal with. A wonderful business! 1/24/2014

We have been going to Casey Automotive for at least fifteen years. I think Paul and the guys are amazing. They're only about ten minutes away from our home, so they're conveniently available when we need them. Just the other day, the lock on our car door was frozen, so the door would not shut! I had to drive to the shop while literally holding the door shut. They took care of me right away and fixed it right up. They also let me know that ordering a new lock would cost more money than just fixing it. I really appreciate their honesty. Their recommendations are very reliable. They don't make us spend money if we don't need to. Most car places also make women feel stupid and talk over their heads. Not these guys. They will explain everything thoroughly. They're very kind and considerate to deal with. The folks at Casey Automotive are wonderful business people. We would absolutely recommend them. more

Honest, Upfront (no hidden fees), Courteous, Reliable 1/10/2014

I can't say enough good things about Casey Automotive. They won me over with the service they provide for me! I have never had a problem with Casey Automotive. I have been there many times and am always ecstatic at the service. They call to let me know my car is ready usually before the time they tell me. I am in walking distance, so I drop my car off and go home. They even offer to drive me home! They are great! They even know what they are doing (lol)! I have more work needed on my car and will not hesitate to go there. I will not even consider going anywhere else. more
