Pleasent Service!! 7/31/2011

Carson Cars has a pleasant service! I was afraid of going to a car dealer, but the whole crew at Carson Cars made my leverage easy. The helped me find just the right car (they had so many!!), and fixed up all the financing in about 1 hour! They even took my car as a trade in. I highly recommend Carson Cars to all or any (and my family and friends have all had great dealings too! more

Will Back Again!! 7/31/2011

After going through a terrible divorce my car was on its last leg and I knew I had to get a new one very soon. I had been at other franchises in the past that treated me like garbage so would eventually turn me down after letting me waste over 2 hours out of my day to find that out. I went to Carson and saw a car I really liked I didn't want to seem to frantic since I figured they would turn me down after wasting more of my time. When I started talking the salesman he was very concerned for my situation and took the time to discuss my goals and said he would help me achieve them as much as he could. I was really surprised that someone cared about me enough to listen to my situation. He took me over to financing and we discussed my options for a purchase of a new car. I now have a new car and don't have to worry about breaking down anymore on my way to work. Thank you. more

Liar sales people 6/30/2011

this place is a joke at first it seemed to be the place to go, When i was looking at the car i bought and said to the sales person david gonzales the tires look bald, he says no they are fine but when you do need tires i can hook you up, so not being a tire expert i said ok and bought the car but after i bought my car it need to be fixed nearly a day later. leaking water was coming through the windshield. Thankfully i bought a warranty i took it to their repair shop and the first thing he said was WOW YOU NEED NEW TIRES!!!!!!!! GO FIGURE. so i called mr david back to see what he had to say and he told me tough luck you bought a used car u get used tires... fair enough but tire that the tire dealership wouldn't even rotate cause they were so bald!!!!! so dont go here unless you wanna be just a number and forgot about right after you leave the lot.. more

Envy Fulfilled 6/14/2011

I was just kidding when I went shopping with a friend at Carson Cars and said ?I?ll take what she?s having? (lol). But after witnessing her process, how smooth it went, how good the guys were bout no pressure, I was sure enuf willing to try. Got me into a sweet black ?07 Pontiac and I got NO complaints. Great service, good deal. more

I really wasnt in the market to buy a new car but over Memorial day weekend, I decided to stop by and take a look after seeing a sale was going on. I was impressed at the selection of cars and saw a great honda civic with low miles and ended up trading my old car in for it. Nice selection and nice people, will be back. more

Beware 5/24/2011

While my experience was not bad at Carson Cars it certianly was not the best I had ever had with a dealership. I had to take my car back 3 times before I even had it a week due to some hose problem. They did get it fixed after the 3rd time. This prompted me to take the car to a auto shop and have it put on a scope to have it ALL checked out because I didn't feel these guys were on the up and up. I am lucky that all of the test came back good and was told that my car was in great shape. I have yet to get the remote lock from Carson Cars as my car was listed with this option they called me and told me I would have to go buy one and have it installed why should I when they advertised it with one? Anyway, I plan on taking great care of my car but will never go back the Carson Cars..... more

I lost my Everett home a few years ago to foreclosure and have had a really tough time get financing for anything. I had money back on my tax return and wanted to see what I kind of car I could afford to buy with it. I went to Carsons after seeing a car online I thought I should take a look at. I told the salesman my situation and he thought it would be a good idea to talk to the finance dept to see what they could offer me since they offer inhouse financing. They were able to get me financed for a dodge caravan and I was able to keep most of my tax return. I want to thank everyone at carson for helping me get my credit back on the right track and treating me so well. more

I couldnt have asked for a better experience 4/8/2011

I've had some credit issues in my past, and have been turned down at lots of other dealerships. I was frustrated as I'd stopped at most of the car lots on HWY 99 in Lynnwood. I honestly I didn't think there was much of a chance of me getting financed on a car I really liked, and I would be forced to buy another beater car. Mike Carson, the owner of Carson Cars, took the time to listen & understand my needs and was able to get me financed on a super nice Jeep Grand Cherokee! It's a much nicer car than I thought I could ever get into. They financed the Jeep themselves, but they also report my good payments to the credit bureaus to help get my credit better too! Carson Cars has a full service shop & gave me a VIP card for 20% off any work, as long as I own my car! Mike and the rest of the guys are great, and I have sent many people to Carson Cars to buy their cars. more

Love My New Durango 4/6/2011

My best friend referred me to Carson Cars when I told her I was looking for a new car. I usually take a male friend with me since I am single and usually it makes me feel better knowing I wont be taken advantage of. I asked her if I should bring someone with me and she said I didnt need to but it was up to me. I thought it was worth a shot to go by myself and at least see what they had. When I got there i started to get really nervous and wasnt sure what to expect. After looking at a few cars a salesman approached me and asked if I had any questions on any of the cars. There was a Durango I really liked and asked him some questions on it. He was very low pressure and answered all of my questions and didnt try to pull one over on me because I walked in by myself. It felt great to buy a car on my own:) more

Satisfied Customer 4/4/2011

I have to say I'm impressed with this place. My daughter and I went into buy her a new car.I was really concerned that the salesman would get her excited about a car that I wouldnt feel good about putting a teenager into and would be too much car for her since she's a new driver. I really wanted to get her into a Honda Accord or Civic since they are reliable cars and of course she wanted something with more flash. Our salesman found a Civic that had numerous upgrades and was exactly what I wanted for her. more
