Instead of going back to my previous car dealership, I decided to check out Carson Cars. I only came here because a friend suggested to go and check it out. I am glad he said something. I found a car that not only was perfect but a team of people who are amazing. more

My service at carson cars was exceptional. It was everything I hoped it would be and more. My salesman was very detailed and made sure I understood and was satisfied with everything. There was no pressure and I was out of there pretty quickly. more

They gave us a FAR better deal than another lot for the SAME exact car with just a mild mileage difference. What impressed me most though was that we didn't have to fight or barter for it like we did at the other place! more

They cut me a great deal on my trade in. Far more than the other dealer I had been dealing with wanted to do. They seemed to really work to earn my business and I appreciated that. They also had a lot of options to choose from on their lot and I got a great new truck that is beautiful. more

As a college student in a new town, transportation is a must. After looking online and reading the reviews on Carson Cars I gave them a call. It was so easy taking care of mostly everything on the phone. They helped me get a student loan at an agreeable rate and scheduled me to come in and look at the vehicles. I am happy with my Ford truck that I chose. more

I went shopping at Carson while their service center were working on my piece of junk. I found that all the cars they had for sale were very clean and priced fairly from what I could tell. I ended up working out a great deal with a young gentleman there who gave me lots of information and history on the car that I was interested in. You could tell he was knowledgeable. They even gave me a great price on the car they were currently servicing! The whole experience was fantastic. more

I only write reviews for either really good or really bad experiences. Carson was definitely of the first group. They gave me more than I probably deserved on my crappy trade in and I didn't have to beg for it. I spoke directly with people rather than my sales man doing the running back and forth so I knew I was getting first hand information. I got a great deal with true professionals. more

Really wanted to trade in my SUV for something a little smaller. At Carson they were able to give me a pretty good trade in. It was all pretty good and I ended up trading in my SUV for a completely loaded sedan. It???s a great change, and I honestly couldn???t be more pleased. Melissa Bluesette more

had been out of the country for 18 months...needed a vehicle for full-time employment. after a brief discussion with the owner, I met salesman, Eric. Where not one other of several dealers in the Seattle could or would help me, Eric worked with me very low-keyed and non-pressure wise and 2 1/2 hours later I drove off the lot with a very cool and classy vehicle. Treated me well, the dealership was both clean and well lit. Nice for a used dealer for sure! I was helped by Mike Carson himself, and David. Both of them had plenty of time for me even though i had trouble making up my mind. Answered all the questions I had. Ended up purchasing an 08 Explorer. Very happy! more

I was impressed when I bought the car 4/25/2012

I was impressed when I bought the car at carson, everything went smoothly, and that alone is worth a good review. But the reason I am writing this is the after sales service I got from them. I was very upset when some minor issues arrived a few days after I bought the car. I called them but I was not expecting very much since the deal was closed. Surprisingly they asked me to come by and in the shortest possible time they fixed everything. So I will be a faithful customer to them and I will gladly recommend them to everyone. Robyn R. more

Great Pricing 4/9/2012

I had been regularly checking some car dealers? websites for a good deal for the last couple of months, I wanted to get a new car, but I was in no rush. Then I saw what looked like an excellent condition BMW, for an amazing price, on Carson Cars website. I called and they confirmed what I have seen online, so I drove there. I was really surprised that all the details were accurate and the great offer was really great, no tricks, as I would have been expecting. more

Sam was awesome to work with 4/4/2012

Sam did a great job. He was very polite and didnt pressure me to buy a car right then. I told him I had to sleep on it. I came back the next day and ended up buying the car. I hate being bullied into buying something. I was really glad he gave me some time to think and didnt get mad at me when I told him I needed it. more

Great to work with 3/27/2012

We are so pleased with how our car purchase turned out. We had been to another car dealership before goingo to carson. The differences between the dealerships were completely night and day. We really enjoyed working with Sam and he really looked out for us. I had to go back in after I bought my car to pick up my other remote and talked with everyone like we were great friends. I like being treated like a family member, not a number. I am going to be a life long customer at carson. more
