After going through a terrible divorce my car was on its last leg and I knew I had to get a new one very soon. I had been at other franchises in the past that treated me like garbage so would eventually turn me down after letting me waste over 2 hours out of my day to find that out. I went to Carson and saw a car I really liked I didn't want to seem to frantic since I figured they would turn me down after wasting more of my time. When I started talking the salesman he was very concerned for my situation and took the time to discuss my goals and said he would help me achieve them as much as he could. I was really surprised that someone cared about me enough to listen to my situation. He took me over to financing and we discussed my options for a purchase of a new car. I now have a new car and don't have to worry about breaking down anymore on my way to work. Thank you.
