The crew showed up in a professional truckmounted carpet van to steam clean my carpet. They thoroughly explained the cleaning process and went over the exact price so I knew exactly what my bill would be. The carpet cleaning turned out better than imagined, my carpet is like new. My regular tile cleaning and carpet cleaning guy wasn't returning my phone calls to schedule service, so I searched for what I thought was the next best thing and called Carpet Cleaning Windermere. Honestly, they blew my regular carpet cleaner and tile cleaner guy out of the water! The service over the phone was great and the service by the crew was great too. The price was actually $30 lower than what I usually pay, and in addition they also included free deodorizer, so it was a great deal. Not only was the service more professional and less expensive, but my carpet and tile grout look better than they ever did when my regular guy cleaned them! I searched for a reputable carpet cleaner in the Winter Garden area and I came across Carpet Cleaning Windermere. The carpet cleaning crew came out and they cleaned all of the carpet in my house and did a great job. They even included a free deodorizer and free trim steaming in all of the rooms. I live in Winter Garden, FL but I was looking for a company in the area to hire for carpet cleaning and found Carpet Cleaning Windermere as my best option. Their carpet cleaning coupons were the best deal with free deodorizer and scotchgard protector, and their reviews were very impressive. They accommodated my work schedule and found a time that worked very well. The technician was impressive, showing up 5 minutes early to the appointment, in uniform, and he really knew his stuff! He taught me things about my carpet that I had no clue about, and even spent the time explaining what products are safe to use to maintain my carpet in between professional carpet cleanings. My carpet has never looked so clean, thank you Carpet Cleaning Windermere! more

I needed a Certified carpet cleaning company to do a hot water extraction (steam cleaning) on my carpet. I have a carpet warranty and any other carpet cleaning method would void my warranty. I found Carpet Cleaning Windermere and just expected a regular maintenance cleaning, but when the technician was finished cleaning it looked like I had brand new carpet! Awesome job! more

My husband and I called around to a list of the top rated carpet cleaning companies. He actually booked a different carpet cleaner but after I spoke with Marie at Carpet Cleaning Windermere and told him about how professional she was on the phone, the difference between them and other companies, and all of the bonuses included in their package like the free deodorizer and baseboard steaming, we cancelled the other carpet cleaning appointment and scheduled with Carpet Cleaning Windermere. I'm so glad we went with our instinct! Carpet Cleaning Windermere did so good! All of the stains are gone, our carpet looks like newly installed carpet, and it smells great too! more

They offered to show me the professional truck-mounted equipment, so I went in front and looked at their equipment and I was very impressed by the new, advanced carpet cleaning truckmount and equipment, and how clean and organized everything was. The technicians walked me through the home, asked about my concerns, and evaluated everything extensively. They explained the entire carpet cleaning process to me so that I knew what to expect, and they went over the quote again to make sure everything was up front and understood. Not only was I blown away by their professionalism, but I was blown away by how my carpets look better than I have ever seen them after they were finished cleaning! My couches and carpets were cleaned by Carpet Cleaning Windermere, and they did an outstanding job. We've had issues with our cat throwing up on the carpet, and they were able to remove all of the stains and pet hair in our 8 rooms, hall, and staircase. My living room and sitting room furniture was freshened up, deodorized, and stains were removed. I heard about Carpet Cleaning Windermere from my neighbor who was pleased with her carpet cleaning service, and I am very glad I hired them because I am pleased with them as well. more

After moving out of my apartment and buying a house, I needed my apartment carpet cleaned and also my new house in Windermere needed carpet cleaning. Carpet Cleaning Windermere gave me a special package deal for both properties. I have 2 cats and they like to mark there territory, unfortunately. There were countless areas on my apartment carpet that smelled very strongly of cat urine, but Carpet Cleaning Windermere was able to save my deposit and remove the cat odor and stains from my carpet! As for my new house, the carpet just needed a deep cleaning, deodorizing, and sanitizing before I moved in, and there were a few stains on the carpet. My house is ready to move into and the carpet looks new! As far as I'm concerned, this is the best carpet cleaning company in Windermere FL! more

My couch and ottoman were completely restored back to new condition by Carpet Cleaning Windermere! They are microfiber suede material and very dirty with pet stains and dirt. I wish I could post a before and after photo on here because the difference is so drastic! The technician was a miracle worker! more

My tile grout was very, very dark. I was really past due for a deep steam cleaning on my tile and grout lines, but I kept pushing it off. I was expecting the tile and grout restoration cleaning to cost me $500 to $600, but when I got the estimate from Carpet Cleaning Windermere, they said it would about half the price I was expecting. After the tile cleaners measured the tiled rooms, they charged me a little bit under the amount that was estimated due to less square feet. The technician took his time scrubbing, and deep cleaning my tile and grout, steaming, and sealing. After the grout completely dried, I could see a world's difference! It feels so great to finally have the grout and tile so clean. You will not be disappointed if you hire them!!! more

I hired Carpet Cleaning Windermere because they are a local carpet cleaning company in Windermere, Florida. After extensive research of their customer reviews and services, I called the office to inquire about carpet cleaning. They were very helpful and friendly on the phone and I booked an appointment with the lady for last Friday afternoon. Their carpet cleaning technicians did a fantastic job cleaning up stains that have been eyesores for the last 2 years. They also sprayed a free deodorizer which smelled very nice. They were thorough but quick. I will hire them again the next time I need carpet cleaning. Thanks! more

My area rugs and runners were looking quite dirty. I researched for area rug cleaners in Windermere and came across Carpet Cleaning Windermere. After reading about 10 of their reviews on Citysearch, I was ready to book an appointment! They have a very impressive website, and very impressive reviews from customers. The lady quoted me a price to clean each rug, based on the size and type of area rug. They sent 2 kind, young men to my home to clean the area rugs. They measured, performed a ""spot test"" on each rug, and deep cleaned them. WOW is all I can say. My area rugs look immaculate. The technicians came to my home last week at 6:00 pm. It was nice, because I work until 5 pm, so it worked out perfectly for me and I didn't have to take off work! My carpets were in desperate need of a deep steam cleaning. Carpet Cleaning Windermere advertises a special for a deep steam cleaning at 240 degrees to kill germs and allergens. The carpet cleaning special is such a great deal, and it came with free deodorizer and scotchguard! I've had my carpets cleaned by many different companies, and they always charge extra for deodorizer and scotchguard protectant, but Carpet Cleaning Windermere includes it in their special. They had reviews that were really positive, so I gave them a shot. Now that I have experienced the difference between other carpet cleaning companies and Carpet Cleaning Windermere, I will NEVER use anyone else! Carpet Cleaning Windermere is my one and only carpet cleaner! Thanks guys! more

I am very pleased and have become a faithful customer to Carpet Cleaning Windermere. I tracked mud inside when arriving home from work. My wife was so upset that I tracked muddy footprints onto the carpet. The carpet was due for cleaning anyways, so I called Carpet Cleaning Windermere to take care of my mess, and clean all the other rooms, hallways, and staircase in our home.
