I was told exactly what was wrong with my car and what had to be done. I will be returning for any following repairs! I really felt good about having work done there. more

both reviews are from the same person who brought the car in with the trans in the trunk of the car that someone else removed and damaged the trans case trying to remove and take apart the trans and i never offer any kind of financing she was mad because her check was declined through my check machine and had to go to the bank and get cash.I give qoutes up front and give a 1 year warranty with all repairs in fact the same customer came back and had me do more work on her car but that this page was just brought to my attenion and the customer who wrote those complaint is not welcome back more

I cannot stress highly enough, do not - and I repeat - DO NOT take your car here to have any kind of repairs done unless you are willing to go a few weeks without a car when its promised to be done for you within a few days. Let me tell you my recent experience with them... I took my car here to have the transmission fixed. Originally, I was told it would take 4 days because of parts that had to be ordered. When I called back, I was told that no - it would take about another week because the parts hadn't been delivered to them yet. So then I call back after the week had passed - and AGAIN I was told that it would take about another week because even though the parts had come in a few days beforehand, they just haven't started on my car yet. By now, I was pretty upset. So after getting into it with the guy, I calmly let him know that if my car wasn't fixed by that Saturday morning, I would be talking to a lawyer about them to see what I could do. Needless to say, my car was fixed by the more
