I've been using Carl's Van Rentals for a while. Every time I schedule, they always cater to me. They help me with everything. They already know by now what I'm looking for, since I use their services so often. Every time I go in, it's always good, they're easy to work with, efficient, they take care of most of the work for me so it's easier on my end. Very convenient. more

5 stars!! 9/22/2016

We use Carl's Van Rentals for many different events and they always provide great service. They are so reliable and always respond to us right away. Our youth group rents vans from them quite often and we can be confident everything is going to run just fine. I would hate to think about breaking down on our way to a church function with kids or teenagers in tow! Overall, we have used them numerous times with no hassles and will continue to use them! We are very satisfied and we highly recommend them! more

Great price excellent value 8/20/2016

I was traveling from Michigan to Orlando and had a reservation with Mex car rental(next door to Carl's) booked for me through Expedia. When I arrived at Mex, they wanted to hold $600 on my credit card because I was using my personal car insurance or pay $100 for their protection. I walked to Carl's, asked how much for a min van. They only held the price of the rental. The price was great, the staff were top notch, the office was spacious and modern. Service was fast, the van was clean and new. The young lady at the counter even drove my family back to the hotel because I left something, then to the airport. I highly recommend this company. more

a great place to rent a van 8/17/2016

I have been using Carl's Van Rentals for about 3 years now, and I go to them quite often. The vans they bring are always in really good shape, and are very clean. They are always able to extend rentals or move stuff around if needed. For the times I haven't been able to get the van back in time they understand and don't make an issue out of it. They have always been able to make sure I have a van even if they don't have any ready to go at the time, they have brought them out from other areas. I use the services from Carl's Van Rentals on a regular basis, and overall I have had very good experiences with their services. They have good customer service and manager, I will be using them again and would definitely recommend them to others who need a similar service. more

Awesome!!t 7/29/2016

Best car rental experience we've ever had. The Ft. Lauderdale staff blew us away . Fast and friendly. From the curb to the steering wheel took less than 30 minutes. Out 8 passenger van was new, clean, and mechanically sound. It was also a flex fuel vehicle which was nice at the pump and for the air. Our family would highly recommend Carl's Van Rentals to everyone looking for a great deal and excellent service. Oh, and no surprises when we turned it in. Hats off to Carl's Van Rentals and especially the crew in Ft. Lauderdale. Long may you ride!! more

Carl's Van Rentals was excellent service. They do an amazing job at providing vans. My only complaint is the price of the vans. The prices are high. I have been using them for the past 5 years and we use them for our church for service projects. They are easy to work with and they are very friendly. They try to make the experience easier every year. Would recommend them to anyone. more

Professional and Affordable. 2/8/2016

I rented out two (2) vans that seated 15 people each from Carl's Van Rentals. I think their prices compared to others are great. Their staff is friendly. They offer good quality. Carl's Van Rentals has an easy pick up and drop off system. I discovered them on the internet. more

It was a good experience 2/3/2016

We rented a van from Carl's Van Rentals while we were in Florida and it was an easy process. The only thing that was confusing was that their rental service wasn't located at the airport so we had to take a shuttle to their site to get our van and then we had to drop the van back on our return trip and take the shuttle to the airport. It wasn't a big deal, but it wasn't clearly stated on the phone or on their website. We enjoyed the sales people and our van once we picked it up. Carl's Van Rentals is a very reliable service and the prices were fair. It's a good option if you're in need of a rental car while traveling and we would use them again. more

This was my first time using Carl's Van Rentals but I know people who have gone through them before and they provided an excellent van, which was perfect for the event we had. It superseded what we expected and I would use them again in the future. more

Not the best 12/7/2015

We have used Carl's Van Rentals twice and have been dissatisfied both times. Our most recent experience was less than pleasant. The place where we picked up the van was unclean and we had to wait 30 minutes for our shuttle even though they promised a shorter wait time. The only reason why we returned is because it was the only rental place that would rent to a person under 25. The customer service was okay, but we will not be returning. more

Easy to work with. 10/8/2015

I have used Carl's Van Rentals a few times. The last time I had a billing disagreement with the owner; but for the most part everything has been fine. I have seen cheaper prices, but for my situation theirs are good. The vans are fine, I have never had any issues with their vehicles. The front desk staff is great. They are helpful, fast, and courteous. I like that they are easy to work with. more

Incredible service. 10/5/2015

I am a youth director and I have been working with Carl's Van Rentals for about eleven years. They are easy to work with. When I need a vehicle I just make a call and pick the car up. The return process is just as easy. The cars have always been reliable-no major issues. The staff has always been helpful. The prices are competitive. I will continue to do business with them. more

Carl's Van Rentals service is really good. I have rented three or four vehicles since last years. The only issue I had once was that the van was not completely clean. The staff are amazing and very nice. The pricing was perfect and very competitive. I recommend Carl's Van Rentals for good service at a good price. more
