I was traveling from Michigan to Orlando and had a reservation with Mex car rental(next door to Carl's) booked for me through Expedia. When I arrived at Mex, they wanted to hold $600 on my credit card because I was using my personal car insurance or pay $100 for their protection. I walked to Carl's, asked how much for a min van. They only held the price of the rental. The price was great, the staff were top notch, the office was spacious and modern. Service was fast, the van was clean and new. The young lady at the counter even drove my family back to the hotel because I left something, then to the airport. I highly recommend this company.
