I pull up to the service door, it opens. Within seconds, someone comes to greet me. Waiting lounge is well furnished and supplied with refreshment. Great job! more

Kind and courteous staff 12/10/2013

When I came in for an oil change and replacement battery with my 2 year old and 6 month old, the staff was very kind and quick to help with car seats and a shuttle. Service rep DK and shuttle driver Ken went above and beyond, allowing us to stow our car seats in the back of the shuttle while we got groceries as we waited, and bringing our car up curbside after the service to more easily install the car seats. Thank you so much! more

Driving into a covered area is nice. The "meet & greet" by an employee is a plus. Easy checkin is appreciated along with comfortable "waiting area". 12/5/2013
