I have resided at one of their properties 780 st marks for over 20 years the area is crime filled and every year someone is killed on the premises! Exterminators are barely available for pest control, and any type of repair or update .. Capani requires a rent increase! Most recently 2019 gas has been out for 36+ days and the constantly blame national grid! When you call the management office the secretary gives you the run around to cover for her boss .. Capani! He is also usually never available to speak with! They promised hot plates as a solution after the first 28 days of the gas outage but never got one the superintendent claimed to have run out! Many complaints are made to 311 concerning this property! Rent at your own risk! Make sure you get your moneys worth when renting in Brooklyn! Some of the good reviews on this company are by his family or close members of his “community” very bias!
