I bought my house from an old lady and she has been using this heater service all her life. Cantrell’s came in on time and fixed my problems. The lady had a great relationship with them and she thankfully passed that on to me. I will use them again. Seems like someone you use for life time. more

You will be pleasantly surprised at the wonderful service from the return call to the end of your appointment. I had a horrible time figuring out what was wrong and Cantrell's Heat & Air LLC came over and they knew what to look for and where to go and low and behold our issue was fixed. \r Great customer service with a highly experienced professional is something that is hard to find here in Knoxville but Cantrell's Heat & Air LLC has it all. more

Cantrell's Heat & Air LLC was suggested by a friend. With Knoxville hitting a week with sweltering and muggy weather its not time for consumers to begin the ""free estimate"" war with AC companies. The owner, arrived promptly and was professional and courtesy - with a reassuring attitude. Completed timely and much less then one would have expected. more

Called on Friday for next Monday service and I was grateful for them to squeeze me in. He grabbed a new part from his truck for my AC unit and fixed the small problem even though we didn't ask/expect him to as we ordered the service call for inspection only. He could have not done anything and waited for us to call him back for another service call. I'd recommend their service more

I went through some really unfortunate circumstances this year. I still owed a balance to Cantrell’s for some work they did and instead of making my life harder, they worked with me in regards to the bill I still owed. I appreciate their patience and understanding on paying my account off. I had to use a large part of my tax refund to pay for a family member’s funeral. I am forever grateful that they have worked with me during this difficult time. Their efforts and understanding will not go unnoticed. more

Cantrell’s is the only place I’ll use living in Knox. I’ve been using them for years now, and on more than one occasion where I’ve had an emergency AC problem the owner has come in on his day off to repair my AC. There is such a thing as personal and complete service these days, and these guys are it. more
