For nearly 20 years, I've made the long trek from beyond Pinardville, over the bidge and through the fields, to the Candy Kingdom. I've bitched to Rchard and pleaded with Phyllis, to open an outlet on the west side of the city, to no avail. It's understandable; their present location and its dollhouse image add to the flavor of their products. Coming from there, it's gotta be good!\r
While I'm partial to their Swiss fudge, I'm also a nut about their nuts. The cashews that is. Sure, I wish my sysem would tolerate more of what they make so well, it's better, this way. Now, I have something to look forward to, at Easter, Christmas, Twelfth Night, Yom Kippur, Saint Swithin's Day, Bringin' in the Sheaves Day, or whenever else excuse one uses for gobble, gobble,, gobble. Go there! Trust me.\r
Good? Are you kidding? ""Candy Kingdom"" is the\r
definition of good.\r
And the people who run it are pretty swell, too.\r
