The fact that Cafe Soriah has gotten any passable reviews indicates that people in Eugene don't get out to good restaurants very often. This place is totally bush-league, with dated food, confused presentation, low-budget surroundings, and rude service--but high prices. The big deal is 1950s flambeing (Steak Diane!), though the flambe cart blocks all traffic when they bring it inside. The food is simply old middle-American; the claim of ""mediterranean"" means they have a hummous appetizer. The bread is good, but not worth a visit. Quality of the servers is below that at McDonalds, but the same general level of training. Stay away.
