when i called and was upset one of the owners came with 2 fellows to show me how to lock my sliding glass door and how to remove my windows. However i was told on the finish work they would attach wires they took down to install my 1st part of my wonderful windows. thank you i have told everyone about you and will continue to do so. more

Our door has two significant scratches-we had asked for the inside of the door to be primed but not painted. It was painted the same color as the outside. more

I was a little disappointed by the amount of damage to our wood siding. It was repaired with power nails and glue but it would have been better to use less force and more care in the removal of old windows more
