2nd sink repair 8/2/2011

I had an issue with a previous repair 6 months ago occur again and the repair man was very gracious in honoring the warranty on the parts and service. I am very grateful to have found a company that is willing to look out for the client in such a manner! C&W Plumbing is very phenomenal. They're professional and timely. They explain and don't do anything without talking to you first. They're extremely polite. When you walk out, you know you'll have a good experience. C&W Plumbing stands behind their work. You can say I was one of C&W Plumbing's first customers. I've known the owners of C&W Plumbing for about twenty-two years, and their daughter is my best friend. Knowing them or not knowing them, they're honest and upfront people. I admire their honesty and their ethics are stellar. You can trust them, which is difficult for a lot of businesses. Plumbers 1/27/2010

They described the job as being extensive and quoted a high price which you are required to agree upon before they start work. Job was completed in 15 minutes and they insisted on the high price despite the job being much less than they had described. We felt they price gouged us. Plumber had the nerve to say it could have been worse! Then they had the nerve to call to see if we were satisfied paying $148.00 for 15 minutes of work! more
