If your ever in the Westheimer area I highly recommend PF Chang's. It is a restaurant of superior quality and service and has always been our favorite. Each and every time we visit we are impressed! The food is always fresh and the chefs are always friendly and helpful. Friends and I make it a point to get together there often. The food presentations alone are worth the extra drive. There is no place in town that compares.
The last time we went to the galleria we stopped by. The wait on the weekends might set you back a few minutes but it is well worth it. Try something new from their wide variety of Chinese bistro foods. We always do and they have never let us down!
