Awesome place to go! This is inexpensive, fun, well run. Very nostalgic. My husband and I love coming here for dates. If our daughter needs to come, she can just sleep in the back. You can see two movies when you come and they always have a really good variety to choose out of. There is also a swap meet during the day, but not a whole lot of stuff there. Anyways, hit the movies here! more

The Van Buren Drive In Theatre 12/5/2005

The Van Buren Drive In Theatre is typical, I feel, as far as drive-in theatres go. There are only two screens so showings are limited. There are not always the newest movies showing. The facilities are pretty shady, but you're in your car so it doesn't really matter. Overall, it's still a fun place to go on a date or take the kids to. We came accross this place while stopping for snacks on our way to Havasu. This place ROCKS!! Remember the good ol days? Parents packed us in a car, bought us some snacks and we headed to the drive in? You could sit in the back of a truck or on top of the hood and enjoy a movie outdoors and affordable too? Well Van Buren Drive-In lets us relive those days. Kids 11 and under are free. Everyone else is only $5.00. You get 2 movies for $5!! And you can bring your own popcorn and drinks. As a matter of fact I suggest it. The snack bars are tiny and the lines are very very long. Pack a cooler or buy a pizza and bring your whole family for a blast from the past more
