The worst customer service ever!!! I spoke to Judy and Paula in the rubatino office to ask why my waste was not picked up and so on. They were beyond rude . And i called to complain to the commisioner office too and i was told they can treat anyone with rudness and there is no law against rudness. It is a monopolized business. more

bought our house a year + ago and have had nothing but problems with rubatino services in the office and in the field. and yes they are a bunch of thieves, they steal your money and on top of it will not work with you as the customer. just simply rude union workers that dont give a crap! screw that! thats not the union way of doing things. there cushman drivers constantly have garbage flying out of there vehicals,do they ever stop and pick it up? i think you know the answer ""NO"" i have witnessed the recyc employee(s) physically slam my recyc totes against there trucks and crack and break the totes, 2 out of 3 now for me and that sucks more

Larry and his staff disgust me. This company simply stinks. Everything about it! Its hard to keep this review professional & not resort to the typical expletives and name calling. They are a terrible company office and internal wise. Garbage pickup is barely ok. Have had problems. But its mainly with the office staff and LARRY! From Rota, Judy, Paula, etc.. they have the worst customer service, they are rude, unhelpful, always irritated. Why wouldn't they be?? There is no competition, no waste mgmt options. Just them. There needs to be some sort of alternative for us so we can either get better service or better options. Get your STUFF together Larry! You shouldn't have to have competitors for you to offer good service, internet payments, be open til at least 530pm when people are off work, etc.... Get rid of your office girls! They are nasty/rude, worn out and treat everyone like "garbage". more

Larry Rubatino and his staff amaze me. I am a handicapped, retired widower on a fixed income living on N. Oaks. I had a large toter and the office staff advised me to try a smaller one to save a few dollars. I had a few large trash bags I couldn't carry and (Judy) his staff member, told me to leave them by my front porch since I live by the alley. I expected an extra charge...but there was none when the bill came. In the subsequent weeks I would call the day before pick up and advise either Larry, Judy, or another staff member that I had to leave another large bag. None of them humiliated me, were polite and always happily willing to be of service. I am a war veteran and have been in public service all my life and people of this caliber...just makes it all worth while. more

I never had service with them and one day out of nowhere i got a $105 bill from them. i called them and they were saying that I've been getting free service and crap from them when i was actually driving my own garbage out. i talked to this stupid whore and then she hung up on me. then i talked to some idiot guy and finally he took it off but he still said that he didn't believe me. what retards... more

Every week we seem to have some type of problem with this garbage company. This week they dug through our bins in my apt complex and took out things like a pizza box a pea can and so fourth, then with the glass container they dropped glass bottles and left all the broken glass. I think I am so tired of having to call and complain I will just change my ways and dump my own garbage.. more

They have periodically missed my garbage over the 3 years i have lived in Everett. Every summer they skip my yard waste container almost every week. I have to call them repeatedly to come back and get my yard waste or recycling. they are really expensive for garbage haulers. I paid a lot less for garbage when i lived in Seattle. When i call they are rude and try to blame me for why my garbage or recycling wasnt picked up. I wish there was another company to go through - but there isnt. Tempted to start hauling my own. more

Rubatinos has been a wonderful local company to work with. In both construction work and just my home pickup the drivers have been very courteous and the office staff has always been helpful. more

Rubatino, when I lived downtown, missed my garbage can almost every week. It's because I'm a can in a world of dumpsters, but how hard is it to remember that you had to go back to an address just last week, and maybe pay attention there? Every week they treated me on the phone as if I didn't get it out in time, but I always had it out the night before. Finally started hauling my own. more
