Cookie's Department Stores

Cookie's has a great selection of kid clothing and uniforms. I shop here a lot. I was truly disappointed today when I was denied entry into Cookies on Fulton Street b/c I had a McDonald's ice tea (which was for later). Security insisted that I could not enter the store with the drink despite my insistence that I would not spill it, drink it or anything associated to their fear of having the drink in Cookies. After being denied entrance, I called the store and spoke to the floor manager on duty. I explained my need to purchase uniform stockings for my daughters and the denial of entry b/c of the drink. The manager (I failed to obtain his name) told me that despite the fact that I continually shop at Cookies, he supports the decision to deny entry to the store with the drink. He said ""the only way you are coming in here is to finish your drink."" My response was ""you are willing to let this drink come between the store earning money from me?"" He quickly responded yes and hung up. I then saw the security guy let a woman in with a sippy cup for her child. Does Cookie's have a certain type of drink ban policy? more

Avoid ordering online at all costs! The customer service is truly terrible, and it will take many weeks for you to receive your order. The customer service reps provide blatantly false information. The tracking system is a complete joke. more

I shopped at Cookies because like many stated the prices are VERY responsible. I gave this store the three strikes you are out rule. Twice I recieved poor customer service and the third time was actually from a manager! I feel that since majority of the customers who shop there are African American and Hispanics, the people who own or run the store treat us as if we are garbarge. The owners need to understand that not EVERY person who walks in that store is poor, uneducated, or do not have common sense NO MATTER WHAT SKIN COLOR! more

This is an excellent bargain store for anyone seeking great deals.If you want to strech your dollars, then definitely shop at Cookies. They have a remarkable childrens' selection. I once lived in Brooklyn, New York but now I reside down South. The prices at Cookies are far more affordable, in comparison to many other department stores. more
