I usually have a massage every month, and my fiance sent me here on my birthday for one. First of all, I spent an awkward 20 minutes trying to find a locker with a key that I could actually lock and unlock without difficulty. Not cool. Then I had a brief foot soak before my treatment. During my massage, I began to hear the very loud slamming of cupboards. I asked the therapist what that noise was and she said it was most likely the ""therapist coming in for the start of her shift, getting supplies out of the cabinets."" I was kind of shocked, as this slamming sound went on for a while, and also why a THERAPIST who knows more than anyone that treatments are going on would make such a ruckus. My therapist was actually very good, it just was not cool to have all this banging during what is supposed to be a relaxed service. After my massage I asked someone in the hallway if I could borrow a hair dryer, as there wasn't one in the dressing room area/showers/bathroom. Someone brought one in, I stepped in the shower to rinse, and then the hairdryer was GONE when I came back out of the shower. I then had to poke my head out of the dressing room to see where the hairdryer had gone. Someone finally brought me another one, but the situation was kind of weird. If you want a total spa experience, this is definitely NOT it. Its of course the salon downstairs with the spa located upstairs. I think the focus should be on one or the other, as you can hear hairdryers and ""salon chatter"" in the hallways as well when you walk to your treatment room. I wish I could find a spa in Denver that would just focus on spa services! Apparently Cherry Creek's Antoine isn't the place for a relaxing spa day. Look somewhere else! Also, good luck finding a parking spot.
Pros: I got a massage
Cons: Loud noises while you're in treatment rooms, little parking options, and lockers that don't work
