Antoine du Chez Salon & Spa

I went to this spa for a massage. If you enter the ""Spa at Cherry Creek"" through the hotel, it seems nice (dark, quiet, sufficient waiting area with fireplace), but it is still a spa connected to a hair salon. They're trying to keep it a little seperate, but beyond a curtain, you see the glare of the bright salon and hear the hair dryers and chatter. For that reason, it doesn't feel serene enough. The massage was very good by Erin, but the girl that checked us in was unprofessional. She kept complaining about having to work on Satruday. Afterward, we had to pay in the hair salon (again -- assaulted by light and chatter) and it seemed unorganized as we fought our way through the throngs of people buying shampoo. My color was so poorly done at my last visit, that people actually stopped me and asked, ""what happend? Boy, did they screw up your hair!"" When they tried to correct the color, not only did they not refund me for the first mistake, but they couldn't fully correct it. I would strongly encourage people to go elsewhere. I had heard some of their locations were suffering in their services and quality of care. Not so at the Denver Pavillions location. Outstanding!!! Dana gave me a fabulous haircut and style and I received a simply heavenly facial from Diana! Keep up the good work! I'll certainly be back! Just recently got a massage and hair cut at their County Line location and was very impressed. I was told that they have struggled recently with performance, but I sure couldn't tell. The massage was one of the best I have had in years - the therapist was excellent and knew right where all my tension spots where hiding. Hair cut was above average, but overall a very great experience. Pros: Staff, Quality, Value Cons: No Music, Busy, Parking more

This place is no better than the mall supercuts. The free soda was nice, I guess.. They had to go find my hair cutter outside on a bench, she talked on her cell phone during the whole time I was in her chair. ! I wont be back! What a waist of time and money. more

My sister-in-law and I spent a spa day at the Cherry Creek spa/salon. We felt the atmosphere to be cold, the services were not coordinated well. We had to keep finding the next person for our service. We each spent about $300 and felt disappointed in the overall experience. The bottom line.....I've had much better. My sister and I have birthdays close to one another and every year we swap a spa day and go together. It's a great way to catch up on lost time and pampering. Antoine du Chez has a wonderul atmosphere and the people we're so much fun! more

Not at all worth what they charge... major ripp off I would be better off at Super Cuts.. more
