I went to this spa for a massage. If you enter the ""Spa at Cherry Creek"" through the hotel, it seems nice (dark, quiet, sufficient waiting area with fireplace), but it is still a spa connected to a hair salon. They're trying to keep it a little seperate, but beyond a curtain, you see the glare of the bright salon and hear the hair dryers and chatter. For that reason, it doesn't feel serene enough. The massage was very good by Erin, but the girl that checked us in was unprofessional. She kept complaining about having to work on Satruday. Afterward, we had to pay in the hair salon (again -- assaulted by light and chatter) and it seemed unorganized as we fought our way through the throngs of people buying shampoo. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't an""experience"" either.
Cons: atmosphere
