I went to this salon based on all the positive feedback. I was looking for a good salon near my new home for mani/pedi's. I called and was able to get an appointment the same day. I went in and was impressed with the customer service I received. I started with the manicure. Of course I got up sold to get the Shellac nails. I was disappointed with the lack of cuticle cleaning done, since this is one of the main reason I get manicures. It was a simple cream that exfoliated the area, but nothing was actually taken off or pushed back. Then the color started. It seemed fine at first but after I actually looked at it, I was extremely disappointed that I paid $44 dollars for my nails. The color was not even covering my entire nails, the tips were white (I got a deep red color), and now a week later they are pealing and chipping. I thought the whole reason you get shellac is because it last 2 weeks.\r

I also got a pedicure at the same time. I loved the chair they have you sit in but the rest of the service was lacking. Again, there was not scrubbing of your feet or cleaning of the cuticle. Although this time she did get my entire nail with the color. \r

The salon was very nice, the people were pleasant, and I was relaxed at that time. I will not be returning to this salon which is a bummer since its soo close to my house.\r
