Paradrome Square

I am not a frequent visitor of this site, I signed up specifically to leave positive feedback for Paradrome Properties. I have rented from Missy and Ken for 3 years now and in that time have not had a single negative issue with them. They are super friendly and have always been quick to accommodate any needs I've had. I've lived in two of their properties and I'm hoping to look at a third very soon. TL;DR Missy and Ken are great. Buildings are beautiful and well maintained. You're reading this because you're looking for an apartment, you should definitely rent from Paradrome Properties. more

I lived at the Grandview for the past couple years and I throughly enjoyed my time there. I moved from out of state and did not see the apartment before moving in and the pictures were accurate and the apartment seemed even better than what the pictures showed! They are also really easy to work with and responsive! more

I lived in a property owned by Paradrome Square for about 4 years. A little background on me, I'm a military brat and moving is in my blood. During my time in Cincinnati about 14 years I've moved 7x if not more. When a friend of mine was apartment shoping we toured the Clermont in E. Walnut Hills, I moved she didn't. The high ceilings, beautiful hardwoods floors, spacious balcony, fireplace, updated kitchen, pocket doors, foyer, closet space, dog friendly, 1300 sq ft apartment historic building was absolutley beautiful. If your looking for cookie cutter bypass The Clermont. The diverse building and great location made this apartment very hard to leave, but since I moved out of state for my job I had to give it up. If I ever move back to the Cincinnati area I would easily, eagerly and if need be without even viewing the place move into a property managed my Paradrome Square. more

Paradrome Square could not be a better outfit to rent from. Missy and Ken are unbelievably great to work with. Quick to respond to any problems (which were few), and just friendly and honest. Lived in The Kendall on Madison for 2 years, and I'm really going to miss not only living there, but interacting with Missy on a regular basis. Can not give Paradrome a higher recommendation. more

Paradrome Properties is a fantastic company to rent from. I have actually lived in two of their units since moving to Cincinnati in 2009, Upland Place and Grandview. Melissa and Ken (Property Managers) are always friendly and helpful they do their best to accommodate their renters. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone moving to the Cincinnati area. The units with Paradrome are very different than many of the other companies in the area; they have a lot of historic buildings with completely renovated insides. Their places are gorgeous and very affordable for the area. Both times that I have lived in their apartments Paradrome has went out of their way to make my move in and out easy! I can’t stress enough how wonderful they are! more

I lived in the top floor apt at 994 Hatch Street in Mt Adams for approximately 5 years and it was one of the best experiences I had during my stay in Cincinnati. In fact I enjoyed the place so much that I continued to live there over the weekends although teaching in Michigan during the week. The large open space coupled with two large balconies that overlooked the Ohio river and the park made this place a dream come true. I finally moved last month but only due to work and family obligations. This experience was made complete by the kindness of both Missy and her father Ken the owners of Paradrome Square Properties. They were responsive to all of my requests and went out of their way to accomodate my schedule as I was out of town during the week. I have lived in apartments in New Orleans, Boston and Cincinnati over my lifetime and this really was the best place I have ever rented. \r more

We loved living at this 1500 sq ft, turn-of-the century beauty! Two balconies, 1.5 baths, and 2 huge, spacious bedrooms. We only left because we bought a place, 2 blocks away. The neighborhood is perfect, obviously. We didn't have one significant security issue in 5 years, and never met anyone who did. Paradrome has a solid, reliable, and friendly management team, that addressed any issue we had quickly and reasonably. We have moved around for work a bit, and rented property all over the country. Paradrome Square Properties was by far our most pleasant and hassle-free experience. more

The only reason there is even 1 star is that I can't rate a 0. Missy was by far the worst landlord I've ever had. We lived in the Mt. Adams apartment on Hatch street and not once did she take care of a request. I called the second day about the dishwasher not being hooked up properly and for the next 14 months it stayed that way. We had mice running in the walls and the ceiling flooded. We were charged almost $450 to replace a very cheap bi-fold door that broke most likely as a result of the flooding. DO NOT RENT FROM PARADROME. The only thing you can count on from them, is that your check will be cashed as soon as they get it. more

The Madison Court building on Madison road is a perfect apartment option for young professionals. The building is located close to the highway, shopping, dining and various entertainment junctions. The Landlord and staff are very prompt, efficient, thorough and provided excellent service to make our tenure a great one. The apartments have huge closets and are as beautiful as the calm and relaxing courtyard. It was nice to have a garage and parking lot as well. Highly recommended.\r more

After living in Mt. Adams and renting from Paradrome Square for almost 3 years, I am happy to say that the personalized service, care, and up-keep of my property was wonderful. Needs were quickly met, the staff is easy to work with and any issues were quickly fixed. The location of the Mt. Adams property was unbeatable and the price was just right! It has been a great year, and Paradrome Square has been an excellent leasing company to work with. I hate to have to move from this apartment. Please don't ever rent from Paradrome Square. Missy, was one of the worst people I had ever dealt with. If you move to one of their properties you will have to deal with her and it won't be pretty. They never come to your aid if you have a complaint or a problem. They don't care about your well-being. I have reported them to the local bureau Pros: Nothing Cons: Everything more
