We stand behind our products and services with integrity. The business owner, Ms. Ruby Momo is a member of GIA (The Gemological Institute of America) and a lawyer. All employees of Burma Ruby Momo Inc. are educated professionals. We have been in the jewelry business for more than 30 years and our store has been in this location for more than 6 years. We have established a very strong relationship with our customers both from the neighborhood and from distant locations. The review below by Ms. Janice is entirely false. We serve our customers with honesty and integrity. We would have gone out of business if we have done such things that she accused of. No one in the right mind would do such a thing and risk the entire business. There was never a law suit against our business. Her story is untrue just like her accusations. We gave her back the same ring she brought in. She was the one who threw her receipt and walked away. It was not lost as she claimed in her story. That was the first time we ever did business with this person. She has never purchased anything from our store before. She walked in one day, left the ring and when returned, accused us of switching the stone, which we never did. We have had experiences with this kind of schemes where the “fake customers” try to take advantage of the business transactions. We have helped many customers resizing their jewelry with much more valuable stones such as diamonds, and never have any issue with the customers’ trust. I brought a beautiful ""blur topaz"" ring there to be ""sized"" the owner said she would call me with the price on Monday. I never hear from her so I went there Tuesday. She told me she didnt call me because she lost her ""reciept"" and needed mine. I gave her mine which read *blue topaz ring make a size larger* She said ohhh it's ready!...she had told me it would take a week or more. When She handed me the ring....she must have thought i was blind and didnt notice thst she switched the Stone for a fake ""greenish stone"" and I told her i wanted my ""blue topaz"" back . She looked guilty as hell, which she is! & I immediately called the BBB And am suing her also. I asked for my reciept back, but she said she couldnt find mine either. in 2 minutes she had lost it??! Deceptive , liars, thieves at this store..beware! Cons: don't trust this business! more
