(The review guidelines for CitySearch reference how to leave a ""massage""! LOL) \r
I have to rate BW3 below average due to their constant beer price increases. Currently, a tall draft is over $4/glass. Since cheap beer and NTN were the only redeeming virtues, they must be rated lower than they were in 2002. ""Management"" consists of underpaid losers who become very bothered if they are asked to remedy minor situations, such as requests to change a channel, or correcting cold food, or no food at all. Since a bartender makes much more money than ""management"", there is no incentive to manage. The bartenders are very good- especially when considering the lack of management support they receive. \r
Sports events are blasted through the speakers at 100 decibels, rendering friendly conversation impossible- unless one screams- which adds to the noise levels.\r
The bathrooms are a DISASTER, as they are only cleaned at closing time (by the poor bartender) and are frequented by 21-24 year olds who can't hold down their Jaegermeisters!! Even the paper towels were removed to save money!! How does Staff clean their hands when they have to touch a door handle soaked in urine from customers who don't wash? At least they could wrap a paper towel around the handle previously!!! If the Health Board visited at night they'd be shut down. Come to think of it, they WERE voluntarily shut down due to their kitchen being unhealthy last year.\r
When the beer was cheap, we could put up with the deficiencies. No more!\r
I would recommend The Playing Field (next door) or Ham's (for fresh draft beer) over BW3.
Pros: NTN, good wing sauce
Cons: High draft beer prices, small wings, noise, cleanliness, noise level
