Bufano & Bufano

I visited my family dentist for thirty years and was fairly pleased. Of course this was based on the fact that I had never visited another office to experience the services that others provided. A situation arose in which I had to change to another dentist, and man, I'm so glad I did! I chose Drs. Eric & Lisa Bufano's dental office. The best dental choice I had ever made! I didn't realize all those years that a dental office could get much better than the one I had experienced, but I was wrong! I wished I would have changed over years ago when they first opened! The doctors and staff are both professional and friendly. I carry my kids there as well and we all enjoy the family friendly atmosphere that this dental office provides. We love the Bufanos and staff, and would recommend anyone to try their services! more

Eric Bufano has worked on my teeth for the past 4 years and he is AWESOME!! I had some dental work done at another dentist before coming to Dr. Bufano, needless to say - the dental work at the other office was not done properly. For years after the dental work had been performed it had left my tooth so sharp that when I would sneeze, I would cut my tounge and it would just bleed and bleed. I decided to find another dentist and went to Dr. Bufano - I told him of my problem and literally in a few minutes - he decided what he was going to do to fix it. Painlessly, he fixed the tooth - I have NEVER had another problem with that tooth and I no longer cringe at the thought of a sneeze!!! Now the staff and I laugh about it when I visit. Most people do not look forward to going to their dental appointments, but I do. I love the staff, the atmosphere and most of all the professional care. I will never go anywhere else. Dr. Bufano has done more dental work for me since the ""sneezy tooth"" and all work has been done properly and I have had no problems. I never have had to return back because something was not right. We switched to Bufano & Bufano after having experienced a poor office environment with our previous dentist's staff. Bufano & Bufano's staff's attentiveness to their patients is outstanding. I picked this office at random from the insurance company in 2001 when we first moved to Raleigh. Since then we have had several types of dental insurance and not all of them have covered B & B- but we like the practice so much we were willing to pay full cost. From the dentists to the dental assistants to the office staff....they are possibly some of the kindest, most personable people I have ever met--they even sent me a card when I had my son (I had a dental appt scheduled for that day- needless to say I didnt make it!). Dr Eric and Dr Lisa are very sharp, smart dentists-they know their stuff! I highly recommend this dental practice! When my husband and I moved to this area 10 years ago, we were at a loss to know how to choose with so many available dentists. Eric and Lisa Bufano has been my family dentist since 2000. Their staff is very professional, caring and most off all we always feel like family. My 8 year old daughter used to suck her thumb and I tried everything to get her to stop. Dr Eric explained to her how her teeth were part of her beauty and by sucking her finger it will spoil the shape of her teeth. It worked she never sucked her thumb again. It was not what he said because I had said the same thing but it was how he said it. She thinks he is the best dentist in the whole world not just because of his gentle treatment during a filling or putting on a cap but she likes the goodie bag after each visit. Drs. Eric and Lisa Bufano and their staff have been providing professional dental care to me for many, many years. My positive experience begins as soon as I enter the front door. I'm greeted with a hearty hello from their staff. The waiting room is very welcoming to youngsters and adults. The atmosphere in the entire practice is very cordial. It is obvious 'teamwork' and 'respect' for each other and their patients is their secret. I'm often asked by new employees where I work, if I can recommend a good dentist.
