I initially chose B&B because they would file my insurance for payment and bill me the balance. Best decision as far as dental health. My visits are quick but thorough. Jen is the best hygienist ever; very gentle and doesn't berate you if you didn't floss. I usually see Dr. Eric and find him very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. Great dental practice! more

The Bufanos have been my dentist since I officially moved to Raleigh 5+ years ago. Their whole staff is friendly and courteous--I actually enjoy going to the dentist. I've always had positive experiences there. I look forward to taking my son when he's grown teeth to clean! more

Eric and Lisa Bufano has been my family dentist since 2000. Their staff is very professional, caring and most of all we always feel like family. My 8 year old daughter used to suck her thumb and I tried everything to get her to stop. Dr Eric explained to her how her teeth were part of her beauty and by sucking her finger it will spoil the shape of her teeth. It worked she never sucked her thumb again. It was not what he said because I had said the same thing but it was how he said it. She thinks he is the best dentist in the whole world not just because of his gentle treatment during a filling or putting on a cap but she also likes the goodie bag after each visit. I randomly picked Bufano and Bufano out of my options with my dental insurance and they have been a great pick. The building they are in has an atrium with lots of gorgeous plants and is very soothing. The office is very open, but still allows for a lot of privacy. The dental hygenists are unbelievably friendly and take time to really make sure they are treating you like a patient and not like another person in the chair. The dentists spend more time with the patients than I have seen at other dentist offices and their scheduling systems/patient data systems are very up to date with technology. At the end of the appointment they schedule you for another one in 6 months and are great about following up on appointments. more
