Jason C came to my home to do the maintenance of my air-conditioning unit. He was prompt and thorough. He answered my questions in regard to better cooling of the upstairs of my home. I would highly recommend Bryant Heating and Cooling to anyone. They provide great service. more

Service Call 4/17/2018

Robert G did an excellent job on my service call today. He explained everything he did and did not complain with having to go in my attic and crawl space to access my units. He took time to answer all my questions and explained options on a thermostat I was interested in. He is welcome back any time. more

AC checkup finds and solves problem 3/20/2018

So glad Jeremy did a routine AC checkup. He found a leak around a solder joint that left us low on coolant. He called in to get time to fix the problem on the spot, saving us a second appointment and squeezing that into our busy schedule. Even though we are retired, we have many volunteer activities and it can be hard to schedule. He was courteous, prompt and will keep us cool in the hot months coming up. He also gave us tips for keeping our system running smoothly and longer as well as the repair. He also tipped us to the reviewbuzz site and the gift card promo. We are so glad he came when he did. more

Bryant's Heating and Cooling 2/21/2018

Just wanted to tell everyone how wonderful this company is. We had been out and came home about 2:30 that Friday afternoon. The furnace was dead. I had seen the Bryant Heating and Cooling commercials and decided to call them. The guys showed up at 4:30 and started unpacking the new furnace. It was up and running in a few hours. The guys were awesome to work with! Call them! more

Furnace Replacement 1/30/2018

Steve and Kenny came in a prompt manner and installed a garage attic furnace on a very cold day. They were very polite and courteous and had us in heat in a few hours. They had to come back to install a extra pipe at a later day, but made it possible for us to have heat in the mean time. more

Above and Beyond 1/25/2018

James M. did a thorough check of my HVAC system which made me feel better about my unit in the cold weather. He noticed that my attic access was open and explained how I was losing a tremendous amount of heat because it was not covered. He took the time to cut a piece of insulation that I had on hand to fit the access. There was an immediate rise in the temperature which ultimately helped my unit not work so hard. more

James is a personal and professional service person. He is an employee that cares about people. He fixed a furnace that others could not. It would have been easy for him to tell me that I needed a new furnace. Instead, he went the extra mile to try all things to fix it. Ernie Joseph HVAC Service Technician 1/8/2018

Scheduled a service check. Ernie Joseph, the service technician checked out our furnace and let us know what he recommended. We knew we were due a new furnace. Ernie went over what was wrong with our old furnace, showed us pictures of the problems & made sure we understood. He scheduled an appointment for the new furnace to be installed that day. Left his name & number so we could contact him if we needed. Great job, I recommend them to anyone The job was completely finished on time. more

Service review on a home furnace 1/4/2018

James M. was the service tech. He was very professional and thorough in his work. We had a problem since the furnace was installed and he immediately saw the problem. He took pictures and set up another appointment to get it fixed. Others had tried to fix the problem, but they either worked on the wrong area, or did not get it fixed. more
