A while back, I had some work done by Bryant Durham. When I was handed the bill, I find that I was over charged in several areas. I was charged $90/hr for the tech to drive to Burlington, to pick up a part. Had I been given an option, I would have just asked for them to ship the part, and come back when they get it in. That would have been much less than the $200 or so that I was charged for travel. I was also overcharged for parts. The service tech told me that he didn't agree with the way his company charges(marks-up) for parts. After talking to manager, they did reduce my bill, and told me they were charging wrong. He thanked me for ""pointing it out"" and said they would change the way they charge for parts.
Last but not least, 2 months later, I had to have my freezer repaired again.
I will never use Bryant Durham again!
