I used to work for bryant-durham and we cut lots of corners, we were instructed to do things contrary to NEC and other rules. Stay away from BDE. Years ago, they lost work privileges for bid- rigging and all kinds of other crookedness. \r
They're greedy, they cheat. They're no good- I once participated in it.
