Brown, Anthony W, Md - Montgomery Family Practice

I have been a patient since 2008. There have been times when the wait was long but there have been times when there was no wait at all. I see Dr. Brown and I can say nothing but good things. Yes, he does rounds at the hospital. I was in the hospital and very happy to see him when he came. It's funny that patients are worried they will be rushed out but get upset when there's a wait. It's not true at all that he is ""always late"". In the fours I have been a patient he was late once, because of an accident. He is a lot better than my previous doctor who almost killed me! more

I never did get to see a doctor, so I cannot rate his service. I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Brown and I am a new patient. I got an appointment right away (which should have been a sign, I guess). I got there at 4:00 p.m., the time of my appointment. The waiting room was completely full. The staff informed me that it would be at least 1 1/2 hours before I would see the doctor. I asked to reschedule, but she said that he is always running late. I asked for an a.m. appointment and she said he's late then, too, because he either gets stuck in traffic or he does rounds at the hospital prior to coming BUT that I have to be on time or I lose my appointment. She did assure me, though, that if I did get into see him that he would listen to all my questions and not try to rush me out. Sounds like he either has horrible time management or too many patients...either way, not the doc for me. Pros: At least she told me how long I'd be waiting. Cons: Horrible attitude; laughed everytime she talked about how late he always is. Unprofessional. more
