This place is very comfortable and plesent to be in a busy mall. The ladies in there are very nice and greet every customer that walks inside the business. \r \r The shaping they do to your eyebrows is remarkable. They make it look so neat and perfect. they dont hurt you the wax is never too hot and they handle you with the best customer service possible!!! I was told of this place by a friend...so i decided to try it out and i regret going there....the lady stephanie did my eyebrows too thin. i SPECIFICALLY told her i like my eyebrows full! she gave me the impression she understood but when she was done and i looked in the mirror they were so thin!! this was the worst i have ever had my eyebrows done...it looks like all of my eyebrows where shaved off and she used more filling pencil,i like natural looking eyebrows!! i will continue to go to the place further down in the mall that threads eyebrows that looks so much better and they follow directions!!! more

BrowZn Around was the perfect fit for me. After searching for Permanent Makeup I almost gave up, when my husband and I passed by BrowZn in the Triangle Town Center Mall. From the time we went into the Salon for a brief consultation until my recent follow-up appointment, I became acquainted with a friendly, caring and professional staff. Stephanie, the Owner made me feel comfortable and at ease as she explained the procedure for permanent eyebrows and created the most perfect eyebrows. The procedure was affordable, private and extremely sanitary and the Salon is cozy, relaxing and nicely decorated. I had no eyebrows at all and now I do not have to worry about putting eyebrows on or if they will last the whole day. I am very happy with my makeup and may go back for the permanent eyeliner. I had been going to several of the cheaper places ($8) to get my eyebrows waxed and I thought they were doing an ok job. Until I went to Stephanie and was told the differences between the quality she offered and other waxing salons. At the studio they care about your skin and ask the right questions.I have not had a break out from having bad or even hot wax applied to my face. When was the last time you went to your cheaper waxing salon and they asked if you are under the care of a dermatologist? When you come in you are told that your brows are shaped by your face. I love the quality service I receive here and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!!!! Pros: Not your typical waxing salon!!! Cons: None. more

The owner Stephanie is the worst eyebrow shaper I have ever been to in my life. She shapes everyone's eyebrows the same. Who does that? Everyone does not have the same features so why would you shape their eyebrows the same??? I asked her something very specific and she totally did the opposite! Please do not go to her!!! Save yourself from looking like a clown!!! more

I love getting my eyebrows done here. - they are done perfectly everytime. The arching/waxing is glamourous but not too over the top. The cost is a little more than you'd pay at a typical nail salon but it so worth it. The salon is cozy, nicely decorated and sophisticated. Every woman should treat themselves to Browzn Around at least once and you will be hooked. more
