evrytime i have an appointment i always wait like 3-4 hours most of the time..its like 2hours in the lounge and 2 hours inside the room,i dont know how they do it.. but it just so crazy to be waiting for that long. .one time i went for emergency walk in, i was in a lot of pain, i had to leave my infant to our neighbor just to see the dr,. and i waited like forever and thr dr. came the next thing i know he was telling me to proceed to the ER immediately. the staff is very rude and unproffessional,even just talking to them by phone they always make things complicated and a couple of times i made an appointment thru phone and when i got their i wasnt in the list.they have wasted a lot of my time and for other clients as well as everytime i go there you will always find a patient complaining for the long wait.i cant wait to transfer to another dr. unfortunately im still in search of one near our place. Staff and Doctors alike are very unprofessional and negligent. Waiting time is insane, and needless. The office is dirty, unkept and smells like old socks\r Stay away if you value your life and health! Pros: seriously none! Cons: too many to name more

Great to have a local clinic with weekend hours. Dr. Lippoff successfully treated a problem that two other docs had missed and probably saved my husband a trip to the hospital. Great fishtank makes for an interesting waiting room. Pros: Smart doc, great waiting room Cons: indifference clerical staff more

The clinic was dirty and gross with water stains on the wall and random dirt, pen marks and scuff marks all over.... and even a random discarded gauze bandage on the floor! When I received my GYN exam, the leather seat where they rolled the paper over was discolored and had yellow stains underneath and the floors were dirty.\r \r The room where the exam was administered pretty much doubled as the clinic's storage room too -- with a big, open, messy metal cabinet in the back and stacks of medical supply boxes behind me. I also noticed that the exam was done with ""non-sterile"" latex gloves.... which is definitely NOT fine for working with the inside of my private parts! And on TOP of all that, the fluorescent lights were broken so they were dim and flickering throughout my exam like a horror movie or something.\r \r I'd be more frightened of catching something from being examined than if I went without it. Pros: The waiting room was nice. Cons: Rude unprofessional staff, general unsanitary conditions, unnecessary wait time. more
