Get Everything in Writing! 6/26/2010

Broadway Pools installed our patio. In all fairness, the workers were pleasant and did a good job, even though it took a very long time (over three weeks). We were amazed with the price quoted by the owners for the features that were promised; however, at the end of the project, when we asked about some of the features that were supposed to be included, we were told that it was either never discussed or will cost us extra. Let's just say they left us with a very bitter taste in our mouths and I would never have them do another project in my home or recommend the company. Pros: Friendly Labor Cons: Will saying anything to get the job, but beware... more
