Perfect bike shop 11/17/2008

What I love about Broadway Bikes is that the guys in there are completely devoted to customer service. The first time that I went in, my bike was ready an hour later than quoted, so the manager gave me a 50% discount. The second time, I went in because my brakes were squeaky, and the brakes were tightened and cleaned at no cost. I am not an expert biker by any means, but they never make you feel stupid or unimportant for asking silly questions - great shop! more

Rude and Incompetent 6/3/2006

Rang the owner up to ask him when I could drop by for some minor repairs. Walked for two hours to get to his shop and he tells me to leave my 2000$ bike at his shop and come after two days. Insane. Complete waste of time. Try Joes Bike shop in Mt Washington instead. more

Broadway Bicycle & Motorsports has a large inventory of bicycles, cycling parts, and safety equipment. They also carry mopeds, mini scooters, scooters and mini scooters. They have a really experienced staff and offer service and repair for your bike. They stock many really hard to find items or would be willing to order it for you. The store is pretty big and spacious – anyone interesting in biking will just love browsing around. more

Great store 9/21/2005

My wife and me are into bike riding and find this store to be a good store to buy our bike equipment such as gloves, helmets, sports bottles and glasses. The store does a good job of not only selling bikes, but also a wide selection of numerous bike accessories. The staff is friendly and helpful about bike related questions. Close to the Inner Harbour take the time to sho pat this store. more

Get a Bike 8/16/2005

Broadway Bicycles and Motorsports, in Fells Point, carries a good selection of high end bikes and motorsports, including service and maintainence. Basically, this is a full service shop for folks who are serious. The bikes are all high quality, whether you are looking for a mountain or touring bike, road bike, etc. And of course they carry a big selection of accessories like helmets and water bottles. As far as motor bikes are concerned, we are talking about scooters, mopeds, and the like. These people really know their stuff. more
